Creating a Compelling Why and Vision for Your Network Marketing Business 

Key Listening points on today’s show - 

Mindset and compelling vision is what I deal with more than anything with my one on one coaching clients. It’s not the perfect script or nuts and bolts needed, but more a mindset shift to get them out of bed and into action! 

There are 3 parts that go into Who we are and what we create and those are - 

Who do we want to be, or become through our business? What do we want to have, those tangible things we want to have? And what do we want to DO with our time and money. 

This are both tangible and intangible concepts. 

Is it travel? More free time? What is it for you? 

The most compelling piece - who do you want to BECOME in your journey of building a business? 

Most of us come into our business without thinking about who we will become. 

And, when we think about becoming a six figure income earner, we have to answer some questions, and one of those is that the person who we ARE, who we BECOME; is what will attract the right people and opportunities into our business. 

As you sit down to create your vision, think first of who you want to become. Who do you admire in the profession and what are those qualities that attracts you that make you want to emulate them? 

Are there other leaders, coaches and others outside of network marketing who you would like to be more like? 

What are those qualities and what do you need to do to become that person and create those personality traits? 

My goal was to become a business builder and a leader at the same time that I was a stay home mom. So I started with WHO I wanted to be as a mom, and what those qualities looked like. 

I started there, and that made it easier to prioritize things about my business so that I could have the time, while at the same time create the income to support those goals! 

I just settled my daughter in the UK for a study abroad year in college, and the ability to have the time and income to do that - and travel there with her to get her moved in, has been a compelling part of my why. 

When your why and vision is strong enough, you will move out of your comfort zone to have all that you want; do all that you want and BE all that you desire!
