Today’s question is…. from Heather, by email, who asks - How do I transition from Employee and develop the mindset of an entrepreneur?

ANSWER

It’s really about education and personal development.

As employees we put in a set amount of hours for a set amount of pay, and if we don’t get that pay at the end of the set time frame, we would quit and move on.

Most people won't really understand what that means. Many will come from an employee background with an employee mindset. They won't understand investing in themselves or their business; they are used to having a boss telling them what to do, and they are used to trading time for dollars – 1 hours work for one set unit of pay.

In Network Marketing, we are almost guaranteed that we are going to put in a LOT of time for very little pay in the beginning. And, as we stick with it, over time, we will ale agronomical pay in relationship to the time we put in.

Develop your Network Marketing business skills, too.

But, mindset and the stories you run through your mind are the most critical to your success.

Give people the same script and leads list and the results will be different, largely based on mindset.

Nothing is out of your grasp if you work hard to achieve it. Learning from your mistakes are an important part of the process. They are not failures, they are learning opportunities.
